I would like to rent a room : I assume it will be better than the free one.
If I do that, does my stuff automaticaly transfert into the new one?
If not, will I have access to both rooms to transfert my truckload?
If not, is there a way to do that?

Your items will be transferred to your inventory, there is no way to keep both rooms at once.

But my character can't carry all that...

You will just have to walk to your room, that is all (overweight debuff).

So we will have like 2000 weight worth of stuff, so none of it will disappear right?
I'm kind of wary of getting a new room until i confirm.

For now changing a room will give you another one from the same type. There are no better rooms yet.
We'll improve the script so that changing a room teleports you into it with your stuff.

I did it, and i was stuck in overweight.
The only way to fix it was call a kind fellow who moved me manually (by taking my place) to the stairs, then to my room.
