Title: [CHAR] Poison doesn't kill with Dead Man Walking perk

Basically, I was stuck at -199 health while poisoned and was unable to die or recover from the poison. When I relogged to see if I could finally die, the poison effect went away and I was alive again.

Nice catch, thanks. Should be fixed in the next update.
