Sorry this should be under Game Tips & Guides, is there a way to move it?
thanks for taking the time to read this, i found much of the information i need to plan my character but for a few things.
1. what Traits are there? i know there is skilled but that is all i could find.
2. what is the base skill point gain per level and what is the intelligence bonus?
3. is there any other skill bleed over for the Secondary Skills, i know first aid and doctor has one.
4. Are energy weapon more like FO1/2 where they are op but hard to find or are they like FO3 and NV where they are common but weaker.
that is all, thanks again for any help you can provide.

1: heavy handed: hth damage
blind luck (50% resist traps)
small frame( kind of a useless trait)
finesse
fast metabolism more healing rate - 10% bleed resist
one that has something to do with glasses.
bruiser- less ap regen, 2 more str
Fast shot -10% ap, -5% to hit
drug dealer- healing items work better for other players but less well or you by 50%
altruist +2 when applying charisma bonuses to other people but -3 when applying them to yourself
jinxed ( same as it ever was)
dead man walking ( don't get this trait, it looks lame)
2: looks like 7 per level with 1 int, and 25 per level with 10 int ^_^
4: no, weapons are balanced.

thanks again.
so Skilled ends up being worthless again, that trait never gets any love.
I mean you only need around 14 point pre-level to max out your three tag skill by level 24, so losing two perks for a extra 120 skill point be 24 is crazy.
right now i am thinking of a s6 p5 e5 c5 i7 a5 l7 Medic/EW build. Int and luck would give me a good Base Critical Chance and Strength would allow me to uses rifles.
Would that build work?

i tested with 6 int, and it was barely enough to just get my gun skill up.
Maxing FA is nice but not necessary I don't think, same with sneak, and they max at 200%
But things get more expensive when they get higher. 6 skill points per 2 points into a skill past 200%?
and about 3 past 100
int also effects crit chance a bit.
EDIT: Ya Just tested it, 7 int gets you to max you gun skill ( which isn't necessary but it is nice) 250%
and bring FA up to 177% with 1 point remaining.
About FA
200% FA heals you for about 150 and 150% for about 100 I think. with perk you can heal 200 with max FA. Keep in mind bandage penalties. (meaning you cant spam FA for 200 every time)
You've seen this right?

your other gun skills can only be as good as your gun skill, and your other skills as good as your minimum tag skill. when you are applying points past level 24.
Really important when considering your jack of all trades character if you level past 24.

I forget about that, it has been years since i played FO1 and 2.
So What is the cost increase in AoP? I remember FO2 went from one to six.

This doesn't answer the question. Something I have been wondering as well. Since gifted doesn't let you tag anything, you can raise all skills forever?

yeah, i got it download and was in character creation, i saw gifted and now i can't decided if it will be worth it.
