Post by: SnowCrash on March 03, 2014, 12:36:25 AM
i have 226 in HtH and the wakizashi have only 3 perks (knockout strike, better knockout, finisher).
My other melee weapons all have 4 perks

All weapons wiht the "silent attack" trait are sneak weapons and unlock theirh perks with sneak skill. This is to ensure that the sneak skill remains an independant skill and no sneaker is forced to tag a certain primary skill just to sneak effectively.

AH!, got it.
So, that means that the chance to hit for those weapons also depend on Sneak, right?

And trhowing weapons, like spears, have the thrust chance to hit related with trhowing?

melee always hit at 95%

for sneak firearms, it will take whichever skill is higher, having 150% sneak would count like having 200% sg skill for the sake of hitchance (and perks, as you can see). Likewise, people with 250 small gun skill but 50 sneak skill can still use silenced smg's well.

It's not untrue. Ever tried to melee a running target? Gotta catch 'em, first.

I remember a fun moment in reloaded...some guy was chasing me with a crowbar. I was running around with him behind me. After thirty seconds or so of this, he got tired of it and pulled out a rocket launcher. Fortunately, it blew up in his hands and killed him  ;D
