Title: It can be low-benefited
Post by: Oliver on February 15, 2014, 06:53:19 AM
"- Added faction messaging system. On by default. Use "~factionmessages off" to turn off, "~factionmessages on" to turn on. Type ".f <message>" or "/f <message>" to send a message that will only be seen by your faction mates, wherever they are."

Peopel will register fake characters and spam chat, listen important info or give wrong info for make ambush against enemes. I think this functions must be available only for accepted members more than 6 lvl. And don't speak, that you can switch off it.

I hadn't really considered that anyone would do that, but you're right. It really was a necessary feature, though. Maybe it can be explained as an implant or something that you get at that level, solidifying you as a member of your faction.

We'll probably have to do something for spam and easy spying, but as for setting up traps, the name of the talking character is displayed as opposed to the radio chat (at least for now), so you can decide if you trust or not any announcement, based on who is talking.
