It keeps giving me Anti robot message.

Without giving me a question to answer to send a PM on the forums.

Not sure what you mean. As far as I know, there is no anti-bot capcha in place for PM.

Its as easy as 1,2,3

I think you need to achieve more posts on forum to be able to send PMs.
