Title: [MISC] Platoon NPC was killable and does not respawn :x

hey,

i was looking at some weapons and clicked at the npc in the base / platoon room. As i did it the first time, nothing happend. It was not targetable. But than, another time, i could attack the npc and killed her. The corpse decayed and the npc didnt respawn right now.
Hope that is a bug, cause its a bit sad, without her :/

Yours must be bugged cause me and courier kill ours all the time :P

maybe a gamemaster can set a new npc? i will not shoot it again, i swear ^.^
