Title: [Mech] Electro SMG

Electro SMG doesnt display Firerate for mod I:

More min than max dmg on both firemods , does only pop up when equipped in first handslot strangely:

Not just Electro SMG, a lot of other weapons too have this bug like milkor, mp5.
