Title: [Game Mech] Big Gun Burst Mechanic broken

Burst from big gun machineguns is only possible at the moment with ctrl shoots , if you click directly on the target only your ap goes away but no firing.

since its second firemod i think it was not intended to just shoot it only while delpoyed like changelog says

ist still not working if it was patched in already
