I suggest to add to the squad overview, when was the person last time online.
This feature is almost in any mmorpg that has guilds.

Not really commenting this suggestion, but it would be nice to have the option to turn off the display of off-line characters, so you wouldn't have to remove people to reduce scroll-down time.

I like 'last online option' and don't show offline' option. As someone who frequently organizes the groups, the interface could be made alot more user friendly.
