Title: Faction caps - cannot be moved

You cannot shift + left click, aka. "quick move" the factions caps to container.

When you try to quickly "stash" faction caps, nothing happens except for message "You see nothing out of ordinary", as if there was no option to "quick move" them into container.

I did not check it only for BB faction caps.
