25 HP rat, here is it's dead body. I killed just same, it's corpse right next to those under cursor but not squashed.

There's actually an option that combines all experience gained over X period of time so that your chat box isn't spammed with exp gained messages every time you shoot. This might be that.

I did one single shot back there. And gain that amount of experience. Before, I was bothering in PvP without exp. gained because of no frags done. So, I believe it was actually bug.
