It seems like neither caps or dollars from ZC Payout do spawn in your room

They're handed to you so its in your inventory. For role-play purpose of course.

This has confused me. I was getting caps in my room and Tech-bucks from becky, now im just getting tech-bucks from becky. How do I get caps?

thats what isay u dont get amount of dollarz or caps from zc payout or does , nothing did spawn in my inventory or room ...

You literally don't need caps anymore. Medic now takes Faction Credits.
