Title: X5 everything
Post by: S.T.A.L.K.E.R on May 22, 2015, 02:35:15 AM
I suggest making everything gained to be.multiplied by 5. Such as caps, experience, faction reputation, etc. Only thing not to be multiplied is zc fame. Also heart merchant can use like waay more items to be spawned.

Why I suggest this? It's pretty late in session and maybe it can bring back some players seeing how they don't have to do a huge grind. Also players will be able to buy shit ton of more gear and not worrying about it if they die (other than legendary weapons) so more PvP can happen!!

Not much for a straight random X5 one time, but it could be nice to have a small multiplier added each months (for XP/caps/fame/reputation/etc...) so newcomers could catch up more easily.

Although AOP isn't a grinding server anyway...
The only thing you might like a bit is to tier3 ZC gear, and even there, you can catch up soon enough.

Would you use your new alt in another faction ?
Or are you tired of the name of your previous char ?

The whole point of the suggestion is to make players come back and quickly level up and get gear so they don't have to grind and worry about losing their precious stuff.

See my previous post, i agree on the principle of multiplier.
A very small, but regular multiplier for everyone every week/months/etc is better than a bigger one only once, (as it would be appropriately easier for newcomer in relation to the time that has passed since beginning of cession, not just an arbitrary date) or than a multiplier applied to new characters only (so all regular oldies would just make alt, while making casual oldies even more screwed than noobs)
