Title: STrength requirement

Hey guys,

I was wondering; what happens if a weapon needs a higher ST than your character has? (example minigun needs 8 ST, and I have 6 or 7).

I checked in the wiki, but it didnt help. http://fonline-aop.net/wiki/index.php?title=S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

I think it lowers your effective range?

it does lower ur eff range
