Title: Rat Removal quest thing

Alright, so, I got this quest to kill some rats in order to get a room. Thing is, when I enter the place where rooms are located, it just transports me directly to an empty room. And when I go outside I can't find any room-containing buildings. Help please.

Oh and I am rolling with the Lawyer guys if that helps.

You must enter in combat mode to see the rat, (in the room) and the rat itself isn't hostile.
Unless you want to put some container there, you aren't required to kill the rat.
