Why not just have these stats and perks on regular throwing knife?
ATM they don't do shit and are a general nuisance. Can't science em in melting pot for some reason and they don't stack so your locker's going to clog up.

it is generaly batarang ripoff i just cant imagine regular knife bouncing between few targets
so if it is throwing knife chain must be ommited and ap lowered to ~20

Throwing knives should become a stealth weapon. It can even have silent dead perk to make it useful to hunt fleeing enemies.

A glaive can be an interest weapon, but we already have the impaler perk to hit multiple targets.
May be make it a rare weapon? It come to my mind the Azram's Star or the Aerial Decapitator from Arcanum. Both automatically return to the owner hand after throw
