Title: A possible way for vehicles here?

Could refined marijuana be  the  gasoline, oil, lubricants,  rubber tires, and electrical wire coating needed to run 4 wheelers, 4x4s, Hummvees, and dune buggies? What if the factions in Phoenix allowed others to produce this product in  exchange for a 15% cut of the profits? Oil,natural  gas,  and coal are dead.  But marijuana grows everywhere. Think  the Institute or the BOS  perfecting this as a research project.

Vehicules are indeed something cool to have in all Fonlines, but they would be kinda useless in AoP atm imo :)

I would totally want to drive around that forklift in Vault Tec Enterprises.
Like, do wheelies on the parking lot and go the A-team on peoples asses.
