Title: tourniquet attacks

last night i was doing an assignment and once i had finished the NPCs i used a tourniquet and it added a whole lot of bleed. I had to then apply some bandages to narrowly avoid death.

Tourniquet as in "you need a tourniquet if you use this item". I'll check it out, thanks for reporting.
