SG, Trow and what ever skill you want

soldier/infantery..nothing taken from lol

Oh in Vtec we got loads of super-efficient and balanced builds of all types that we share amongst each other. But since I'm a bad person I'm not going to share them with you.

try both of these^^ if you want tankiness. the first is for sg/ew/melee combo. the second is a mid range, squad reliant, bruiser/grunt. I always use 10 int to get doctor to 150 (for defib) and max either first aid or throwing. I have been using grenadier (200 throwing and 150 doctor) and I recommend it. Strategic grenades have an strong impact on aop fights.
with sg main I still take 6 str because it is nice to bring an ew too when you are high enough level for 250 ew also.

I'm using a different build now, but for a long time I ran with this. It's my version of a universal soldier build. Can kinda do anything you want.
It's obviously not perfected but it's worked quite well. I'm not a big fan of Min-max, I want to be able to not get screwed by rock-paper-scissors. My char was pretty much a complete torso-spammer but he could take aimed shots occasionally.

Traits: Fast Shot and Blind Luck
Perks: You can take your choice, it's a versatile build. But I think the core ones you should for this would be Action Boy, Toughness, Improved Hemostasis, Adrenaline Rush, and BroF(Weapon Handling if you want BG, I did.)

Being tanky is all about having at least 80% critical AG from perks or leadership bonus. Critical ST also useful.
I still remember that guy with 340 HP saying he is tank when he got armor bypass 5 times in a row and died. ;D
Other stats depend a lot on weapon you want to use.

learned today that brof armor and cha 5 or cha 10 is required to even throw the mustard grenade because it is 108 ap to throw with grenadier and brof perk.
