Title: [MECH] Repair items with materials from the ground

I've got reports that sometimes when you repair items with resources from the ground, the item may disappear. Can anyone provide more info?

Just checked, confirm on dissapearing.

199 repair skill with 3x Mr.fixit perk.
BETTER plasma rifle, condition - 27%, dissapeared from the first try.
GARBAGE garand, condition - 42%, dissapeared from the first try.

edit: looks like i figured out why it is happening - if there's no ammo in the gun that being repaired, it will dissapear, it's for sure.

Does it ever happen to not-weapons?
Is it connected anyhow to item quality degradation during repair?

1. Tested on armors, they do dissapear, but only when u have resources for only one repair under you, and the resources are not dissapearing.
2. I can say it's not.

Edit : same thing with the weapons, if under you resources are only for one repair, weapon will dissapear, resources will stay.
