Live feed camera- support slot item dat runs on cells the same way sneakwatch does
same feature as abovementioned
extra flavor may be the need of recieving unit(dat sinks cells) to be caried by squad members thou cheapboy qualifies for dat function yet some cell drain can be added to switch it on
