Title: Venomous Hand perk do effect with Throwing Weapon ???

Hi Everybody, i have some question, can anybody help me, thanks you

1) Venomous Hand perk do effect with Throwing Weapon ???, or only effect with Melee weapons, and if Throwing weapon change Melee mode, can i do poison each attack ?

2) How can i use spear in Utility, after i use "E" key i can not throwing spear although i can throwing Grenades with "E" key, it is bug or not

venemous affects all melee attacks. i assume it will work when melee with a spear.

You cannot throw spears from the utility slot.
