Does street samurai affect items (like traps or stims)
Can you hex throw objects/items?
-
No and Not yet.

how will it be affected by throwing skill, just throw speed?
-
Hex throwing objects... traps ... Oh I see what you're trying to do here.

cool idea eh

Hope i can hexthrow items into another players inventory one day
"yo can someone toss me some ammo"
-
Actually I really love it playing x-com, when one of your troopers run out of ammo or have a good position to throw a grenade which he hasn't, you can throw an item.
Don't really see how is it needed here, though.

It might save some serious time in combat situations:
Right now:
Andy: "Im out of .50 BMG"
*Ramon walks up to him*
*Ramon drops .50BMG ammo*
*Andy breaks his deployment and walks to the ammo*
*Andy picks it up*
*Andy runs back to his position*
*Andy deploys*
With item throwing:
Andy: "Im out of .50 BMG"
*Ramon throws .50 BMG*
*Andy stays deployed during all of this*

how about andy get killed :D
-
Andy: "I need a stick pack!"
Ramone: throws a stim at him, and it injects him in the neck
Andy: Gets healed and pulls the stim out of his neck.
-
It should be you runnin to andy, not andy to you.
And then you long click - exchange, and he's still deployed.
It looks like a nice small feature but the real question is how does it improve anything?
Anyway, there's should be AG check, and if you critically miss and/or critically fail catch, you get a cripple and armor bypass.
P.S. What about picking up items from the ground when deployed? does it undeploy now?

What if someone threw lots of shit into your inventory, it doesn't even make real life sense, hex throwing ammo 1 hex away from them is much my realistic and can easily be done

*Andy asks for ammo
*Ramon kills Andy
*Ramon opens his body-container, puts ammo in it
*Ramon revives Andy
*...
It's a funny idea, especially about throwing stimpaks at people's necks.
