Title: Utility Slot Chance To Hit

Currently chance to hit from Utility Slot is not shown. If it's possible to show it, will be useful. I don't remember for sure, but I think area of the effect isn't shown as well.

I don't think area of effect is suppose to be shown. And your chance to hit from utility is same as eff. range

Why do I have to throw a grenade from hand to see area of the effect? And how do I know eff range of utility slot?
