Title: Where are the dungeons?

The wiki says the passages are located in the Phoenix quarters... where are the Phoenix quarters and where in the Phoenix Quarters are the passages?

Maryland Avenue-entrance to dungeon is stairs in one of north rooms(easier dungeon)
Paradise Valley-entrance to dungeon is stairs in house which is in bottom left corner(harder dungeon)
