Hi! I think it is too easy to find all memory modules now. I think players should not have leader buff effect if they do not have same memory module as leader.
I mean if leader tern on memory module and his team mates do not have it they should not get any buff effects from that module. After that no one will throw modules like garbage in the dungeons. I do not know if it is real to add that in game, but it can increase the relevance of memory modules.

Your suggestion won't fix a lot ^^. Since as you said there is still a ton of them everywhere, so it won't really matter.

It will be long before such addition will be implemented, think. It won't solve a lot, it will only fix things a lil'l bit, and will waste cirn0's time. If you are concerned about it also, suggest something that'd solve it more than "a little".

Now memory module needed only for leaders. If it will be needed for each player, they will look for it in dungeon. It will be more hardcore.

If they change the formula to this:

PB = Charisma + (Leadership - 100)/20
AB = BB*PB*(log10(Charisma)/1.25+0.2)

I will support you all the way Mister. This formula probably would kill leadership boosters since there is less emphasis on 10 ch builds for zcs. Leaving only the leader to deal with boosts. Also might not work if the game doesn't support floats or points (decimals in general).

To supply one leaders with all important modules it takes 7-8 hours I guess, depending on your luck. For each new member it'll add around 3-5 hours to supply him as well.
I don't see any point to make people farm / avoid pvp more than it's already done.
