                          My suggestion - graphic opportunity individualization players.Requires expansion interface characters.For example interface can look as...

for the game suggest using pre-edited and censored portraits without anime, penis and other filth .... :)

p.s. every player can use this interface without developers update, if your knowledge in graphical not big, i can help editind individual interface.
