Sharp shooter doesnt give any bonus to a melee char, you may also consider to take tank perks as toughness, adrenaline rush and lifegiver. and also silent hill death

Just as BROF doesn't give anything either ;), that's just a troll post.

BROF does give bonus for HtH weapons, it work for every weapon in game afaik. The description on the perk its wrong

I've rerolled my melee with BROF just to see, maybe I had to attack at least once or something, but ap cost didn't change.

Its Working for me, i have both fast shoot and bonus rate of fire.
But they only work with weapons, not with bare hands attack

Then I probably should've switched active slots for it to work, oh well. Thanks for the info.
(it kinda saddened me that unarmed combat is the worst possible thing here =) )

Yep, i also feel sad about it, melee seems more like a secondary skill right now, as its very situational. I have to create a new char because there was no point on continue with my melee berserker

Tip : Use vodoo to catch up with your enemies and smash them to the ground.

Tip: your enemies usually have those too.
Another tip: any shot you get while under voodoo will rock your casbah...

Rocking your casbah rocking your casbah - instantly gets stuck into head
I noticed people actually really rarely used it and often have problem of catching their opponent heh.

I've used it a couple of times, helped 2 times out of 8.
First one was the funniest one, as I was scavenging and my invetory was full, while trying to not lose some guy (was the launch day if I remember correctly) I tried to search for voodoo in my inventory. He was *luckily* running in circles closing doors behind him, so I was able to sniff that stuff and boost my ms... Then he just panicked (I guess) and shot me, guess what, he critted me 6 times in a row, all of them were knockdowns and a knockout ;D, more than half of them were bypasses. Well, was fun at least.
(Other 5 fails were due to the fact, that "target" had friends :( ).

I'd love to have loner path as a more viable one, but in the current scenario scavenging alone is just a way of suiciding/gimping yourself. You can't be alone to win in 8/10 PvP situations, according solely to my experience
