Title: [MISC] Critical SPECIAL Leadership Boost base value is 4

Although pipboy description says that Critical SPECIAL (e.g. Strength) Leadership Boost has base value 1 (meaning it should give 20% of Critical SPECIAL for char with 10 CH boosted by 200 LDR / 10 CH leader), actual value is 4, so it gives 80%.

It's almost impossible to knockout boosted character, so I believe that pipboy description is right while in-game boost base value is wrong.

Don't you get it guys? (: Seriously, not more critical effects like knockdowns / knockouts / armor bypasses / broken limbs! Just use those critical SPECIAL modules on your leader for 10 CH characters. 80% is like you get 10 more in that stat. Works even if you have no crit perk and your stat is 1.

Don't worry, there are many other OP bonus in leadership modules. For example, +60 AC or +40% fire damage (flamer, solar scorcher,...)

knockdown, armor bypass: agility
knockout: strength
Broken limbs: endurance, perception.

Leader can have 3 active modules, and for sure wont use all those for critical SPECIAL defence.

The reason you arent seeing all these lame-ass effects happen 100% of the time anymore, is becuase people are rerolling to counter this abuse, and choosing critical SPEICAL perks.

Leave the leadership modules alone.

IMHO about critical SPECIAL modules:
FACTS:
cheapboy description says:
1.Li Jing +1.0 Critical Strength  (Base Boost of implant is +1 Critical Strength, not +1 Strength for purpose of Critical Strength calculation)
2. Maximum potential boost regarding the module description is +20.0 Critical Strength (20*1.0)

But...

3.In game character sheet displays Critical Strength boost multiplied by 5 regardless the module description. Maximum leadership boost for critical strength is 5*20*1.0= 100.

Whats wrong ladies and girls?
4. Since character with 100+ Critical ST has still chance to get knocked out, even if critical ST would be capped at 95, the real probability to get KO is significantly higher than chance calculated with 95% Critical Strength.

CONCLUSIONS:
5A. Critical ST is capped and cap is not 95% but less.
5B. Character sheet displaying character statistics is wrong, it displays critical ST bonus multiplied by 5, but ingame mechanics use just base boost 1.0.

Also there are weapon perks like Knockout Strike (http://fonline-aop.net/wiki/index.php?title=Knockout_Strike) that affect critical strength during the roll.

So even if your 100% resist is real, you can still get rekt.

not 2 shots out of 3, when 3rd one is KD. CritEN 140% CritST 140% critAG 135%.
