Because why not, right?
I'll get the ball rolling;
A serious one;
Bonus Move; (lvl 12); Your character moves 1 (or 0.5 maybe) hex per second faster.
And a lighter more situational one;
Tumbler; (lvl 6) Knock-backs no longer drain any AP from you and explosions are less likely to knock you down.
Any others?

IMO tumbler should have STAT requirements :).
I've thought about splitting toughness in 2 different perks. Using one of 2 ways : either one will increase DT only and other DR, or one gives norm/expl, other one gives rest.
But this idea is probably silly :)

i an +1 for adding passive speed run bonus so hth heroes can catch you i troled 1 dude ,who was runing for me whit hammer, so much i just run around and around for like 2-3 mins and he raged and quit so big +1 for running speed perk

-1 That perk will be a must for every type of character, since it'll be much better than any other there is. I, for an example, wouldn't care for silly 5% DR over small speed boost which will save me countless times (if even once, it will still be worth it). Because what's there for a damage decrease, when you can just not get hit at all.

Sprinter Gene - Your grand grandfather runed for life from lions in africa, your grandfather was Usein Bolt, your father was some unknow dude who banged alot so you have too much cousins so he was fast too, like your predesesors you have the speed whitin, you get 30% faster runing speed the drawback of full focus runing whit bonus of Lions fear is you get -1 or 2 AP regen+ and your sight radius while runing is reduced by 10

30% is OP, too much

dont know why you think its OP and i added -2 action point rege+ and sight lowering its big negativ
i would add this perk only so you can catch up some dude who is runing nothing more

How about 15% speed and -4PE while running? IMO still viable and fairly balanced. Not sure about AP part. -2 seems like too low to actually matter at all, while putting it higher will be too much of a downside. And I'm not sure how it should interact with Silent Running. -7 PE (3 for sneaking) seems to harsh. Maybe it should have no effect while sneaking?
