Hello guys, so after few fail experiments I decided to share my almost final builds, which I will surely try to remake about 8times at least again. Anyway, I hope you will give me some ideas, critics, all in one just opinions that will improve it not only for me. So there it is:

Melee troll
10,2,10,2,10,5,10   Bruiser/Gifted  (without tags focused on SNEAK and HtH + optionaly FA)
Quick Recovery, Toughness, Watchtower and Bloodthirst, Silent Hill Death, Lifegiver or Nerves of Steel

(Note: I had to remake 7AG to 5AG, because when Gifted is tagged, you cant have stat "1", min. is "2").

Heavy sniper PvP / troll
4,10,5,1,10,1,10 Bruiser / Four Eyes
tag BG/Traps/FA
Evil Scientist (or Quick Recovery?), Weapon Handling, Hawk Eyes, Sharp Shooter, Bonus Rate of Fire, Fast Reload, Living Anatomy, Silent Hill Death

Heavy sniper PvP / dungeon
4,10,7,1,9,1,9 Bruiser / Four Eyes
tag BG/Doc/FA
Field Medic, Weapon Handling, Hawk Eyes, Sharp Shooter, Bonus Rate of Fire, Fast Reload, Toughness, Silent Hill Death

So, what do you say?

(Second note: Upgraded sniper builds with Silent Hill Death perk)

character builds are all about personal playstyle, at least for me, and IMO they all look a bit too min-max-ey.  I try to never go below 3 for a stat, as I want to be able to fulfill a wider array of roles.  They all have serious vulnerabilities if they engage in combat that is not intended for their skillset( for instance walking into a CQC firefight with a DRS50.)
That heavysniper (pvp) needs support from other players or its pretty much a guaranteed death sentence when getting rushed (Just from what I'm inferring from stats.)

As I said, it's all personal, so if you like being a super specific role character more power to you.

Bump... Upgraded

It is specific role, it will suffer without support / in different situations than they were built for. They are not supposed to be universal - min to max / vice versa. Maxed out in their role.

PM me your idea of universal soldier if you want, I am curious about your build :-)

Are you sure you are fine with 2PE HtH? I understand that that's because of sneak penalties, but damn that non-existent eye cripple res :/

hey Sony, im build sneaker and use Wakizashi Blade, im level lv 21 (max sneak, FA 138) but dont know learn next perks and next lv 24 
i choose
Quick Recovery, Toughness, Watchtower, Bloodthirst, Silent Hill Death,  Nerves of Steel ...
1/ dodger is good ? or Living Anatomy

2/ should I aim at eyes or head ?

3/ how to increase more hit points?

1/ dodger is good ? or Living Anatomy
quick recovery, toughness and nerves of steel complete shit on a sneaker

replace two of them with bonus rate of fire (puts aimed wakizashi strikes at 49AP!) and dodger

2/ should I aim at eyes or head ?
always head

3/ how to increase more hit points?
increase endurance, or even better, play a different type of character

I was seriously thinking this question about eyes\aim... Was counting and counting what's better at which situation, untill a grim realisation kicked in.. You can no longer target target's eyes from behind ;D. How the heck did I forget about that.

I had a lot of work to do, wasn't here for a while.

In my opinion sneaker build could work this way:
10,1,10,1,6,7,6 or 10,1,10,8,3,6,3
Bruiser/Heavy Handed

I don't believe HtH needs a PE, especialy sneaker one, just for earlier mentioned crit. PE. Charisma version is not for solo actions, so count with it.

BRoF seriously works on melee? It should be only for ranged weapons, shouldn't it?.. Quick Recovery, Toughness, Watchtower, Bloodthirst, Silent Hill Death,  Nerves of Steel, Lifegiver, and two other perks to choose from .. for example Dr. Strangelover/Psychopath/Adrenaline Rush..? Dodger is not working I heard.

Unless you will have higher PE, watchtower is useless. Living anatomy is waste of perk too, if you don't have higher crit.chance, and +3% crit.chance will not do much.

First case tag:
HtH,FA,Sneak
Second case tag:
HtH,Sneak,Leadership (you have to team up against prey, no solo actions.)

P.S.: Have you thought about Gifted HtH build?

Gifted HtH with 1 int is a viable build btw. Since you don't need sp that much, just roll with a supersledge.
Btw, if anyone is going to build such thing don't go with fast shot trait, it'll get you killed numerous times. Just replace it with brof for thrusting and a swing followup.
