for me is this with burst weapon or something when only corpse with one arm and legs left and pieces of head flying in the air. its cool

electrical dead is the best , where u see the skeleton and hear the scream :p

Saw a guy explode almost in half before, similar to the chest explosion but his head and left arm/shoulder went too, not sure if that was specific to the NPC or not.

The gibbing death animation is also cool, kinda why i took traps, but they don't often gib dudes so it's a little disappointing.

Sawed in half by a laser beam is my favourite.
2nd in the list is when you finish Frank H. off.
