Title: Mr. Fixit =+ 50 Eng. DOES NOT WORK

I have tried in game help call to no avail maybe you can help now admin?
Mr.fixit  is just another wasted perk atm but I hope you get it to work.

it works and it doesnt gives +50 eng, read description carefully
