Make already so that the new character's could not read fractional Chat to such lvl 10 or lvl 15!

That's rough, what about new players that need advice then? :)
Spy problem is understandable (lvl'ing up some1 up to lvl 15 solo in a day's span is not even remotely hard), but people will suffer from it.

low level players wont gather in groups for quests if chat is disabled. what a dumbass

You know there are people here that have lv10 characters after more then a week? The faction chat is used for trading, finding people and much more, don't break that
