No because with 2Ag you will spend your time on your ass :p

No he won't, he will waste a single agi perk and everything will be just fine.

With 2 ag you'll be getting armor bypassed a lot

thats not any problem for builds with 9-10lk (70% bypass res) or with CH and antibypass module (40% bypass res)
