A changelog screen within the game on the pip-boy screen would be awesome. Allowing a more immersive experience without having to minimize to go to forums after every update. Will make the game a more streamlined experience for all players.

Cool idea.
The help screen that asks if you want to send an error message is funny, but could be used for this if it has no prior delegated function waiting use.

Forum board is for news, comments, generally for reading information but adding simple text similar to "New Update 18.11.14 - check forum for more details." will be fine. This is not very important feature.

It would help the players who are too frigid or in too much of a hurry to check forums. some players just DON'T check the forums. Would you rather lose population just because?

Then let's post entire forum in there, why the heck not. Also put some steam/youtube/google shit in there. I'm too tired of wasting my whole 1 second alt+tabbing.

Just seems as though making PERTINENT information to a game easily accessible to players would be a good thing.
