There is a leadership module that grants you +40% fire damage if maxed out

Thets alot just i only have 1 carisma so it will be like +4%

Flamethrowers already pretty much 2 shot most people if they are lucky then a flame 3 shots them. If you really want to max it out, remake a character with more CHA.
