What you get by lvling up Traps skill do my traps do higher DMG or what?

They both do higher damage and are harder to spot.
Whereas (It might be bullshit, but I think I'm right) you will spot other traps better.

So if i have 200% traps can anybody see them and disarm then, shoud i pick evil sientist or no need for thet?

I'm really sorry, I'm not able to give a correct answer. Might want to wait, till I'll get some info about that skill's formula (detection and dmg+increase).
