Title: Caps respawn

For the glory of satan please make the caps respawn on traders (at least the junk traders) more frequent.

yes seriously, I haven't seen caps at the bald guy or the junk shop for days, and I check when there are only 90 players online, every time I go back to town ( when we own most of the city) and STILL don't see any caps =/)  ( also i think the lawyer junk guy is bugged)

(added to the fact that I have not seen a traveling merchant in Lawyers base)
