Hi Guys,
Im testing a build Perception 8 + Sharpshooter + Hawkeyes,
Both of the Perks give +2 PE but apparently serve different purposes.
Do they have any effects when my PE is already at 8? Or should I lower to 6 PE (I am not sure if those bonuses stack the same way, and not even if they serve the same purpose).

Watching this thread, I made the same decision.

If someone knows olease dhare the knowledge :D

Hawkeyes only affect field of view, sharpshooter affect your chance to hit while doing aimed shots and for determining penalties: http://fonline-aop.net/wiki/index.php?title=Hit_Chance (look for sharpshooter in that page)
Both of them gives bonus even if your Pe is aready 10

hawk eyes or sharpshooter has nothing to do with PE, they gives FoV and hit range
both will work even with 1 or 10 pe

however its been confirmed that sharpshooter is essentailly pointless if you already have decent PE. Weapon skill matters way more for increasing effeitve range. Sharpshooter only good for someone with really low PE imo. Hawkeye works either way but as mentioned is just FOV, not hit chance, so itd be good for sniper
source : According to Range Calculator app made by 3.14 (http://fonline-aop.net/forum/index.php?topic=1110.0):
At 250 weapon skill / 70 max weapon range, with every point of extra PE your effective range increases by ~1 hex which is very marginal. Sharpshooter counts as 2 PE.
For lower weapon range (like 40-50) 1 extra point of PE does less than 1 hex increase. For high range (100) it will do a bit more than 1 hex.
I fear this is true. PE is definitely not the STAT what you want to max out, even if you are sniper, unless you have OCD

shouldnt sharpshooter work for aimed penalty ? it looks like its not
