Title: [CHAR] Normal resistance lowered

Hey! For some reason my normal resistance has been lowered by 4% for few days now. I have toughness perk and it says 2/1% as shown in picture. I didnt take any drugs except for stimpaks and food. I am currently slightly radiated, but when I remove radiation, nothing changes realy. I know its only 4% but this is fallout, even 1% can make difference. Please help me out with this little thingy.

It's a problem with the leadership+DR buff, same as the one with +sight range before that was fixed.

Dying will reset you

Dying with the leadership buff off will fix you for now.

I'll patch this.
