Title: Further increase the fast travel comfort at the HQ

As the title says, the fast travel servants/tribals or whatever at all faction HQ's could be improved further.

Things that would be most welcome (atleast counts for BB):
 - Fast travel from and to the HQ exit grid.
 - Fast travel from and to (inside) your Platoon base
 - Fast travel from and to the rooms.

As it is now, entering the HQ works decently, but getting out requires running accros half the map. In addition, there could be a bit more comfort when traveling to the rooms/Platoon base. In BB's case, the tanner tribal could be moved closer to the rooms and a tribal could be placed inside the platoon base (or the existing paperwork NPC could be used).

It's true that running around the HQ doesn't take that long, but in the long run people will appreciate being capable of moving around the HQ as fast as possible.

Will probably not happen, as we want players to see each other and be able to interact.

Most interaction seems to happen at the mission givers, rooms and exit grid. I doubt that these implementations would lessen that contact. Especially since players who plan on using fast travel to get to a location ussualy have no intention to interact with others as they already have a goal/objective in mind.

People would likely linger at those areas like they already do, and those who need to get somewhere can save some time.

Especially in vtec =/
Lawyers get insta port to crafting room, Vtec has to run almost 100 hexes.

Keep it as it is, don't like any more fast traveling, although I guess many people have been spoiled by WoW and its clones

Take this running time as a good occasion to grab a drink or just get up your chair for an instant ;)

On other games, you could simply consider it as the loading time. On other FOnlines, that's all the time you would spend traveling on the worldmap. While you're not busy fighting or scavenging, other people have the occasion to do so. And while you're less active, your charge on the server is lighter too.

It's an overall compromise that you'll have to accept. I'm not saying this will never change, but for now at least it will remain so.

PS: I'll see about V-Tecs.

It would be nice to have some servants outside.
