more amount of QuickUse slots would be useful.
Ability to use afterburner gum from quick slot would be useful.

In my opinion all optional hotkeys help new people and big unexperienced teams. They just will have one more advantage against smaller teams. On old 2238 there were no any hotkeys and people got more skill than nowadays. Stim got bind so ith enough.
