1. Four eyes
can you make use of regular glasses if you picked four eyes trait? like getting back +1 pe?
2. Drug dealerand
when you pick drug dealer trait, what counts as healing drug? even pressing 5 or 6 on an ally? or items like first aid kit?
3. Finesse
does having 100%+ aimed crit chance have any advantage? what kind of character benefits this? 30% DR is a huge con

While I can't tell you much about the first 2, I have used finesse in AoP. the advantage I found is that you can reliably cause critical effects, but not so much damage. So even though you may not kill them in 4-5 shots, every single one of those shots could have gone like this:
1)Right leg Crippled & knocked down/winded
2/3)right/left arms crippled and weapon drops
4)groin shot knocking them down
5)and eye shot blinding them
They still might not be dead, but hell if they can really shoot back effectively at this point.
The + 30% DR is a serious con when it comes to using finesse on a solo character. If you want to take finesse it's really more for rolling with other people and being a great support sniper. Good luck taking on more than 1 or 2 enemies to begin with. I was also using EW, which seemed more effective in my mind for finesse (due to the tie-in with the INT stat and engineering.)
It's really up to you, but its only for getting reliable crit effects. Nothing more.

All I can answer is that drug dealer will heal double from a drug
Example: Normal stimpack heals 50HP and cost 80 AP. With drug dealer you will heal 100 HP, but will cost 160 AP and make you go -60 AP if this is what the trait does (not 100% sure :P but should be)
not sure how it is on allies though.
last I checked 5 and 6 are first aid and doctor are skills, never knew they were drugs so no

1) only scoped weapons, glasses in inventory won't give you anything, read description carefully.
2) you will heal x2 more hp with items for allies, but healing yourself with them will cost x2AP.
3) answered I believe

about the critchance, every critter and player has a crit resistance absed on LK. Even with 125% aimed crit (10in 10lk) the enemy could have ~50% crit resist (10lk +man of steel) resulting in ~62% effective critchance while the torsocrit would go from 50% to 25%.

Do blood moon give aim crit chance too ? Or only torso CC?
