Title: Acclimate the weaker 30,000 reputation assignments.

There still exists assignments with "Mostly unarmed" which consists of tribals and/or farmers which are extremely obsolete by then. I suggest expanding their numbers to 50-70.

I have a better suggestion , seriously remove anything below s rank , it shouldn't be sharing assignment difficulty from the lower rank assignment giver. People run all the good ones then most of the time were stuck with a shitty a or b rank that isn't worth our time.
