Title: How to tag a group to achieve a mission/Assignment?

Hello,

How does it work if I want to tag a group for an assignment?

Ive been told to tag the leader, then let him talk to the guys to choose mission.. But I do not need to talk to the mission giver.
Same when mission is complete, only the leader needs to talk to the quest giver for everyone to get the rewards.

Can you confirm if this is correct?

PS: Sometimes when I tag someone he turns Green, sometimes blue, purple, can you explain me the difference?

You tag the leader (he becomes blue for you), he gets assignment, you see it in your log.
Gets assignment done.
Every participant need to talk to the assignment manager to get reward afterwards.

Bright Green is for someone who is following you, Dark green is for someone who is following you but not in range for certain actions (e.g. leaving the zone)
