Title: Doctor skill Meicinae doctor

Hey guys so I just wonder...how high this skill have to be to get ppl from the other side... and also MEDICINAE DOCTOR perk....what is it...like 100% + both Fa and Doc or what...

So....when ive tagged Fa adn Doc..... and i wanna rais it up to 200 it is no point of geting the Medicinae doc perk?
