Title: [MISC] No NPC shootng animation with Milkor MGL

There's no NPC shootng animation with Milkor MGL,
I can't tell the model of NPC for sure, but it's ether leather jacket or combat armor wearer.

There is NPC shooting animation, but there is no explosion animation.
