I feel that when you're laying on the floor dead, you shouldn't be able to use the faction chat to relay your death, enemies, location etc. In my opinion you should have to wait until you respawn to explain your death to friends and potentially organize a loot-rescue mission.
I understand while the most organized players will be in voice chat and will be coordinating their efforts better than any random using chat... This should also be a setback for playing a loner. You're unable to communicate with anyone until you respawn.
No backup can be called, giving the attacking team about 1 minute of radio silence about their actions.
Any thoughts on this guys?

Bad, you wouldn't be able to warn ninja looters that a fresh prey is available for loot.
More seriously this is bad because it digs even more the gap between voice chat users and others...
I know you suggestions sounds real but it terms of gameplay it's just bad.
